Appenzeller Käsekuchen
For starters we are having the neighbours speciality: Appenzeller "Cheesecake" with coriander and anis. Yummy!
Mas du Soleilla Reserve 2002
The wine for the dinner was the lovely " Les Barthelles" from Mas du Soleilla.
But because of the special occasion we treated ourselves with one bottle of the Reserve 2002.
A absolutely fantastic wine !
La Bouillabaisse
The main course was a Bouillabaisse. I once read that you need at least 7 different types of fish for a real bouillabaisse so you need to be at least 7 people. Unfortunately we decided to spontaneously to make a bouillabaisse and were to late to order the right fish. It was nice anyway.
